WHEREAS, the City of Ozamiz celebrates its annual fiesta on Friday, December 8, 2006, in commemoration of the Feast of the Immaculate Conception;

WHEREAS it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Ozamiz be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Friday, December 8, 2006, as special (non-working) day in Ozamiz City.

IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
