CREATING AND DESIGNATING THE NISCOM IT BUILDING WHICH IS LOCATED ALONG COMMONWEALTH AVENUE, BARANGAY HOLY SPIRIT (MATANDANG BALARA), DILIMAN (UNIVERSITY DISTRICT); QUEZON CITY, METRO MANILA, ISLAND OF LUZON, AS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748



Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, the Special Economic Zone ACT of 1995, as amended by Republic Act No. 6748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate as Information Technology Center, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and Resolutions Nos. 00-411 and 06-324 dated 29 December 2000 and 27 July 2006, respectively, of the PEZA Board of Directors, the Niscom IT Building, which stands on a 8,716-square meter lot, more or less, located along Commonwealth Avenue, Barangay Holy Spirit (Matandang Balara), Diliman (University District), Quezon City, Metro Manila,. Island of Luzon as defined by the following Technical description:
