[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7560, May 26, 1992 ]

AN ACT CONVERTING THE RURAL HEALTH UNIT IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF IMPASUG-ONG, PROVINCE OF BUKIDNON, INTO A FIVE-BED CAPACITY HEALTH INFIRMARY, TO BE KNOWN AS THE IMPASUG-ONG HEALTH INFIRMARY, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR



Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The rural health unit in the Municipality of Impasug-ong, Province of Bukidnon, is hereby converted into a five-bed capacity health infirmary, to be known as the Impasug-ong Health Infirmary.

SEC. 2. The Secretary of Health shall appoint such personnel as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this Act.

SEC. 3. The Secretary of Health shall promulgate such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this Act: Provided, however, That the attendant doctor shall have the power to provide for such other rules and regulations promulgated by the Secretary of Health as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this Act.

SEC. 4. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

SEC. 5. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on October 17, 1991 and February 3, 1992, respectively.
