[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7914, February 23, 1995 ]
AN ACT CONVERTING THE BATAAN NATIONAL SCHOOL FOR FILIPINO CRAFTSMAN (BNSFC) IN ORANI, BATAAN, INTO THE BATAAN NATIONAL POLYTECHNIC SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The Bataan National School for Filipino Craftsman in Orani Bataan, is hereby converted into the Bataan National Polytechnic School, under the supervision of the on Higher Education (CHED), or of the appropriate body that now or hereafter may be created by law.
SEC. 2. The School shall offer vocational and technical courses as may be authorized by the CHED, or by the body that now or hereafter may be created by law.
SEC. 3. The amount necessary for the implementation of this Act shall be charged against the current year's appropriations of the Bataan National School for Filipino Craftsman. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
