[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7285, March 24, 1992 ]
AN ACT DECLARING FEBRUARY NINETEEN OF EACH YEAR AS DOÑA AURORA ARAGON OUEZON DAY A SPECIAL NONWORKING HOLIDAY IN THE PROVINCE OF AURORA IN ORDER TO COMMEMORATE THE BIRTH ANNIVERSARY OF DOÑA AURORA ARAGON QUEZON, THE FIRST PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINE NATIONAL RED CROSS, AND FOUNDATION DAY OF THE PROVINCE
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. In commemoration of the birth anniversary of the first President of the Philippine National Red Cross Doña Aurora Aragon Quezon, and the foundation day of the Province of Aurora, February Nineteen of each year is hereby declared as a special nonworking holiday in the said province.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on October 14, 1991 and January 23, 1992, respectively.
