AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES TO EXTEND THE PRESENT TERRITORIAL LIMITS OF THE CITY OR BAGUIO.
Be it enacted by the National Assembly of the Philippines:
SECTION 1. The President of the Philippines is authorized by executive order to extend the present territorial limits of the City of Baguio by including therein adjoining municipal districts within the Mountain Province. Any action taken by the President of the Philippines pursuant to this authority shall be submitted to the National Assembly for its approval at the next regular session. Such action shall be valid and subsisting until the National Assembly shall provide otherwise.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
