[ Act No. 2530, September 04, 1915 ]

AN ACT MAKING APPLICABLE TO THAT PART OF THE PHILIPPINE ISLANDS INHABITED BY MOROS OR OTHER NON-CHRISTIAN TRIBES ACT NUMBERED TWENTY-FIVE HUNDRED AND FIFTEEN OF THE PHILIPPINE LEGISLATURE, AND TO THE PROVINCE OF NUEVA VIZCAYA ACT NUMBERED TWENTY-FOUR HUNDRED AND SEVENTY-TWO, OF THE SAME LEGISLATURE.

By authority of the United States, be it enacted by the Philippine Commission, that:

SECTION 1. The following Act of the Philippine Legislature is hereby made applicable to that part of the Philippine Islands inhabited by Moros or other non-Christian tribes and shall have full force and effect therein:
"Act No. 2515. Passed February 5, 1915, entitled 'An Act to prevent the exportation of infested or diseased plant material from, and the introduction of plant pests and diseases into, the Philippine Islands, and to provide for the control of such plant pests and diseases as may already exist therein:' Provided, That so far as the Department of Mindanao and Sulu is concerned, the ports of Zamboanga and Jolo shall be considered as such for the purposes of this Act."
SECTION. 2. The following Act of the Philippine Legislature is hereby made applicable to the Province of Nueva Vizcaya:
