AN ACT EXPANDING AND UPGRADING THE GINGOOG DISTRICT HOSPITAL IN THE CITY OF GINGOOG, PROVINCE OF MISAMIS ORIENTAL, FROM A FIFTY-BED CAPACITY DISTRICT HOSPITAL INTO A SEVENTY-FIVE-BED CAPACITY PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL, TO BE KNOWN AS THE GINGOOG PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR



Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assemble:

SECTION 1. The Gingoog District Hospital in the City of Gingoog, Province of Misamis Oriental, is hereby expanded and upgraded from a fifty-bed capacity district hospital into a seventy-five-bed capacity provincial hospital, to be known as the Gingoog Provincial Hospital.

SEC. 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on May 16, 1991 and January 23, 1992, respectively.
