[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7428, April 14, 1992 ]

AN ACT CONVERTING THE RURAL HEALTH UNIT IN THE FOOD TERMINAL, INC., COMPLEX IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TAGIG, METRO MANILA, INTO A FIVE-BED CAPACITY HEALTH INFIRMARY, TO BE KNOWN AS THE TAGIG (FTI) HEALTH INFIRMARY, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR



Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The rural health unit in the Food Terminal, Inc., Complex in the Municipality of Tagig, Metro Manila, is hereby converted into a five-bed capacity health infirmary, to be known as the Tagig (FTI) Health Infirmary.

SEC. 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on October 16, 1991 and February 3, 1992, respectively.
