[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7442, April 27, 1992 ]
AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE SARA DISTRICT HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SARA, PROVINCE OF ILOILO, TO 100 BEDS AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The Sara District Hospital in the Municipality of Sara, Province of Iloilo, is hereby converted into a one hundred (100) - bed district hospital, to be known as the Sara District Hospital.
SEC. 2. The Secretary of Health shall determine the manner by which said hospital shall be operational.
SEC. 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
