[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7458, April 27, 1992 ]

AN ACT CONVERTING THE RURAL HEALTH UNIT IN DON MARIANO MARCOS AVENUE, CONGRESSIONAL HILLS, QUEZON CITY, INTO A FIVE-BED CAPACITY HEALTH INFIRMARY, TO BE KNOWN AS THE CONGRESSIONAL HILLS HEALTH INFIRMARY, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR



Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled;

SECTION 1. The rural health unit in Don Mariano Marcos Avenue, Congressional Hills, Quezon City, is hereby converted into a five-bed capacity health infirmary, to be known as the Congressional Hills Health Infirmary.

SEC. 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on October 17, 1991 and February 3, 1992, respectively.
