AN ACT MAKING APPROPRIATION FOR CERTAIN PERMANENT IMPROVEMENTS IN THE CITY OF BAGUIO, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE.
By authority of the United States, be enacted by the Philippine Commission, that:
SECTION 1. The following sums, or so much thereof as may be necessary, are hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the Insular Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the following permanent improvements in the city of Baguio:

For the construction of a horse and automobile shed at Government Center, two thousand five hundred seventy-four pesos and eighteen centavos;SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect as of July first, nineteen hundred and eleven.
For the construction of a water system for Teachers' Camp, four thousand eight hundred sixty-six pesos and twenty-four centavos.
