AN ACT PROVIDING FOR ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION FOR LIEUTENANT-COLONEL JOHN R. WHITE, PHILIPPINE CONSTABULARY, WHILE ACTING AS GOVERNOR OF THE PROVINCE OF AGUSAN, AND MAKING APPROPRIATION THEREFOR.

By authority of the United States, be it enacted by the Philippine Commission, that:

SECTION 1. The payment of extra compensation at the Appropriation, rate of one hundred pesos per month to Lieutenant-Colonel John R. White, Philippine Constabulary, while acting as Governor of the Province of Agusan from April first, nineteen hundred and eleven to September twentieth, nineteen hundred and eleven, is hereby authorized, and for the purpose thereof the sum of five hundred and sixty-six pesos and sixty-six centavos is hereby appropriated out of any funds in the Insular Treasury not otherwise appropriated.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its passage.
