[ EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 119, February 06, 1948 ]
DECLARING THAT PORTION OF THE BENGUET ROAD ( KENNON ROAD ) FROM KLONDYKE S SPRING TO CAMP SIX WITHIN THE MOUNTAIN PROVINCE A TOLL ROAD AND FIXING A SCHEDULE OF FEES FOR THE COLLECTION OF TOLLS THEREON.
(a) Benguet Auto Line (or its successors) automobiles, trucks, vehicles, express baggage, Etc. per annum P 10,000.00 (b) Motorcycles, each 1.00 (c) Automobile (5 or less passengers) 4.00 (d) Automobile (more than 5 passengers) 6.00 (e) Automobile trailer with two wheels not exceeding 1,000 kilos in weight 4.00 (f) Motor Truck, passenger (regardless of capacity and number of passengers) 10.00 (g) Motor Truck, Trailer and Tractor, (Freight) each, 3,000 kilos or less gross capacity 6.00
3,001 kilos to 4,500 kilos gross capacity 10.00
4,501 kilos to 6,000 kilos gross capacity 15.00
6,001 kilos to 8,000 kilos gross capacity 20.00
For traffic using only a portion of the toll section between Klondyke s Spring and Camp Six, the corresponding toll shall only be charged in proportion to part of the toll section used.
Exemptions:
(a) Motor vehicles of the United States Army, Navy and Air Corps and privately owned motor vehicles of officers, enlisted men and civilian employees of said organizations when certified by authorized officers that said vehicles are used for military purposes
(b) Motor vehicles of all United States Government agencies in the Philippines engaged in rehabilitation work.
(c) Motor vehicles of the Philippine Government.
(d) Motor vehicles of the Philippine Red Cross and relief organizations of the Philippine Government.
(e) Privately-owned cars of officers and employees of the Philippine Government, whether national, provincial, or municipal when traveling on official business.
All previous orders or parts thereof inconsistent herewith are hereby revoked or modified accordingly.
This Order shall take effect on February 7, 1948 .
