[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7534, May 22, 1992 ]
AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE INTEGRATED PROVINCIAL HEALTH OFFICE - ROXAS MEMORIAL GENERAL HOSPITAL IN ROXAS CITY, PROVINCE OF CAPIZ, FROM ITS PRESENT SEVENTY-FIVE BEDS TO ONE HUNDRED FIFTY BEDS, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The bed capacity of the Integrated Provincial Health Office – Roxas Memorial General Hospital in Roxas City, Province of Capiz, is hereby increased from seventy-five to one hundred fifty beds under the supervision of the Department of Health.
SEC. 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on October 17, 1991 and February 3, 1992, respectively.
