AMENDING EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 24, DATED NOVEMBER 12, 1946, ENTITLED CREATING THE NATIONAL ADVISORY HEALTH COUNCIL.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, Manuel Roxas, President of the Philippines, by the powers vested in me by law, do hereby create a body to be known as the National Advisory Health Council to study problems of public health and sanitation and to make such recommendations as it may deem necessary for the improvement of public health and sanitation and the promotion of medical research. The Council shall be composed of the following:

The members of the Council, except the ex-officio members whose term shall be co-terminus with their tenure in their regular positions, shall serve without compensation for a period of one year.
