AN ACT EXPANDING AND UPGRADING THE SAN JOSE MEDICARE HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN JOSE, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SUR, FROM A FIFTEEN-BED CAPACITY MEDICARE HOSPITAL INTO A TWENTY-FIVE-BED CAPACITY DISTRICT HOSPITAL, TO BE KNOWN AS THE PARTIDO DISTRICT HOSPITAL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR



Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The San Jose Medicare Hospital in the Municipality of San Jose, Province of Camarines Sur, is hereby expanded and upgraded into a twenty-five-bed capacity district hospital, to be known as the Partido District Hospital.

SEC. 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on October 17, 1991 and February 3, 1992, respectively.
