[ Act No. 798, July 15, 1903 ]
AN ACT APPROPRIATING ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS, IN MONEY OF THE UNITED STATES, FOR THE USE OF THE INSULAR PURCHASING AGENT.
By authority of the United States, be it enacted by the Philippine Commission, that:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the Insular Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of one hundred thousand dollars, in money of the United States, for the the use of the Insular Purchasing Agent in making purchases in the United States, the same to be disbursed by the Disbursing Agent of the Insular Government in Washington, District of Columbia, and to be accounted for by him as provided by law.
SEC. 2. The public good requiring the speedy enactment of this bill, the passage of the same is hereby expedited in accordance with section two of "An Act prescribing the order of procedure by the Commission in the enactment of laws," passed September twenty-sixth, nineteen hundred.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect on its passage.
