[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7572, May 26, 1992 ]

AN ACT CONVERTING THE IMUS HEALTH CENTER IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF IMUS, PROVINCE OF CAVITE, INTO A FIVE-BED CAPACITY HEALTH INFIRMARY, TO BE KNOWN AS THE IMUS HEALTH INFIRMARY, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR



Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The Imus Health Center in the Municipality of Imus, Province of Cavite, is hereby converted into a five-bed capacity health infirmary, to be known as the Imus Health Infirmary.

SEC. 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on September 4, 1991 and February 3, 1992 respectively.
