By virtue of the powers vested in me by the Constitution, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, hereby transfer and cede to the Philippine Tourism Authority for tourism development purposes certain parcels of land of the public and private domain of the government located in Banaue, Ifugao, Bauco, Mt. Province and Baguio  City City which parcels of land are more particularly described as follows:

I. Banaue

"A parcel of land situated in Banaue, Ifugao, beginning at point 1, which is S. 20°58'E. 868.94 m. from BLLM 1, Ba¬naue, Ifugao;

All laws, proclamations, executive orders inconsistent herewith are hereby revoked or amended accordingly.
The Philippine Tourism Authority may not alienate the said parcels of land or any portion thereof without the prior approval of the President of the Philippines, although it may encumber the same to any government financing institution for development purposes.

This Decree shall take effect immediately.
