AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE GOVERNOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF MINDANAO AND SULU TO USE THE TWO THOUSAND PESOS APPROPRIATED BY ACT NUMBERED TWO THOUSAND AND SEVENTY FOR A GOVERNMENT EXCHANGE AND THE REIMBURSABLE FUND THEREFOR AT MALAYBALAY, PROVINCE OF AGUSAN, FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF ANOTHER EXCHANGE OF THE SAME KIND AT TALACAG, SAME PROVINCE, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
By authority of the United States, be it enacted by the Philippine Commission, that:
SECTION 1. The Governor of the Department of Mindanao and Sulu is hereby authorized to employ the two thousand pesos appropriated by Act Numbered Two thousand and seventy of the Philippine Commission, "for the construction of a Government exchange at Malaybalay," Province of Agusan, and for the "reimbursable fund for the Government exchange at Malaybalay," in the construction of a like exchange at Talacag, same province, and in the transportation of materials and merchandise now existing and others purchased for said exchange at Talacag: Provided, That any amount remaining over after said construction shall be deemed a reimbursable fund in the same condition as other funds destined for other Government exchanges.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its passage.
