[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7629, July 17, 1992 ]
AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF THE NORTHERN LA UNION MATERNITY AND CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BALAOAN, PROVINCE OF LA UNION, TO BALAOAN DISTRICT HOSPITAL
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The name of the Northern La Union Maternity and Children's Hospital situated in the Municipality of Balaoan, Province of La Union, is hereby changed to Balaoan District Hospital.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on January 23, 1991 and February 3, 1992, respectively.
