Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, BENIGNO S. AQUINO, III, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale and settlement and reserved for school site purposes of the Lamba Central Elementary School, and granting ownership thereof in favor of the Republic of the Philippines - Department of Education (RP-DepEd) subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in Barangay Lamba, Banga, South Cotabato, Island of Mindanao, which is more particularly described as follows:

Bounded on the Northeast along line 4-5; Southeast along line 5-1; Southwest along line 1-2; and Northwest along lines 2-3-4 all by road. Beginning from pint marked ˜1 ™ on plan being Lot 128, Gss-524, being S 18 deg. W., 1040.56 m. from BLLM No. 1, Gss-524.
