WHEREAS, Tuesday, September 7, 2010 , marks the 439 th Foundation Day anniversary and 70th Charter Day anniversary of the City of Cavite;

WHEREAS, in order to give the people of the City of Cavite, the opportunity to participate in the various ceremonies and activities designed to give meaning and significance to the occasion, it is but fitting and proper to declare September 7, 2010 as special non-working day.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Tuesday, September 7, 2010 as special (non-working) day in the City of Cavite.
