Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, settlement or disposition and reserve for Municipal Slaughterhouse purposes, a certain parcel of land of the public domain, subject to private rights, if any there be, situated in Barangay Bagumbayan, Municipality of Roxas, Province of Oriental Mindoro, Island of Mindoro, and more particularly described as follows:

A parcel of land (Lot No. 1081 of the Cadastral Survey Cad-506-D) situated in Barangay Bagumbayan, Municipality of Roxas, province of Oriental Mindoro, Island of Mindoro.

Bounded on the Southwest, along line 1-2 by Lot 176, Cad-506-D, Roxas Cadastre; on the Northwest, along line 2-3 by Road; on the Northeast, along line 3-4 by Uyao Creek/Legal Easement (3.00 m. wide); and on the Southeast, along line 4-1 by Lot 1080, Cad-506-D, Roxas Cadastre.

Beginning from a point marked œ1? on the plan being S. 68 deg. 37'E., 427.36 m. from BLLM No. 1, Cad-506-D, Roxas Cadastre, thence:

This plan Cad-506-D was surveyed on November 15 to December 7, 1994 by Elpidio E. Atienza, Geodetic Engineer, in accordance with the law and existing regulations promulgated thereunder, and was approved on September 26, 1995.
