Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, lease or any form of disposition or settlement and reserve for Government Center site purposes of the Municipality of Siocon, subject to final ground survey and private rights, if any there be, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows to wit:

Bounded on the N., along lines 7-8-1-2 by Buendia Avenue; on the E., along line 2-3 by Pastor Street; on the S., along lines 3-4-5-6 by Quezon Avenue; and on the W., along line 6-7 by Burgos Street.

Beginning at a point marked œ1? on plan being N. 53-53' W., 333.67 m. from BLLM No. 1, Pls-542-D, Siocon Public Land subdivision, thence;
