Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale or settlement and reserve a certain parcel of land of the public domain for the DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE-AGRICULTURAL TRAINING INSTITUTE (DA-ATI) REGIONAL TRAINING CENTER, subject to final survey and private rights, if any there be, situated in Sitio Bobowa, Barangay Tabangohay, Municipality of Alang-alang, Province of Leyte, Island of Leyte and more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND (SK-08-000073, MBM No. 18, Cad-220) situated in Sitio Bobowa, Barangay Tabangohay, Municipality of Alang-alang, Province of Leyte, Island of Leyte.

Beginning from a point marked œ1? on the plan being S. 81 deg. 04'W., 164.92 m. from MBM No. 18, Cad-220, Tacloban Cadastre, thence:

The area within timberland shall revert to the mass of the public domain should the same no longer serve the purposes for which it was reserved.
