[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7985, April 22, 1995 ]
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY SAN ISIDRO IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DUERO, PROVINCE OF BOHOL, TO BE KNOWN AS THE SAN ISIDRO HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, a high school in Barangay San Isidro, Municipality of Duero, Province of Bohol, to be known as the San Isidro High School.
SEC. 2. The Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.
SEC. 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Lapsed into law on April 22, 1995 without the President's signature, pursuant to Sec. 27(1), Article VI of the Constitution.
