AN ACT SEPARATING THE TUDELA NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL ANNEX IN POBLACION, MUNICIPALITY OF TUDELA, PROVINCE OF MISAMIS OCCIDENTAL, FROM THE KOLAMBUTAN BAJO NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN KOLAMBUTAN BAJO, ALSO IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TUDELA, AND CONVERTING IT INTO AN INDEPENDENT NATIONAL COMPREHENSIVE HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE TUDELA NATIONAL COMPREHENSIVE HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The Tudela National High School Annex in Poblacion, Municipality of Tudela, Province of Misamis Occidental, is hereby separated from the Kolambutan Bajo National High School in Kolambutan Bajo, also in the Municipality of Tudela, and converted into an independent national comprehensive high school, to be known as the Tudela National Comprehensive High School.
SEC. 2. The Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act.
SEC. 3. All personnel, records, assets, and liabilities of the Tudela National High School Annex are hereby transferred to and absorbed by the Tudela National Comprehensive High School.
SEC. 4. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SEC. 5. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Lapsed into law on May 25, 1995 without the President's signature, pursuant to Sec. 27(1), Article VI of the Constitution.
