[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7989, April 22, 1995 ]
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY MADAYMEN, MUNICIPALITY OF KIBUNGAN, PROVINCE OF BENGUET, TO BE KNOWN AS THE MADAYMEN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. There is hereby established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, a national high school in Barangay Madaymen, Municipality of Kibungan, Province of Benguet, to be known as the Madaymen National High School.
SEC. 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
Sec. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Lapsed into law on April 22, 1995 without the President's signature, pursuant to Sec. 27(1), Article VI of the Constitution.
