[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7993, April 22, 1995 ]
AN ACT ESTABLISHING THE TRADING NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AT BARANGAY 37-D, QUEZON BOULEVARD, DAVAO CITY, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the direct supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, a high school at Barangay 37-D, Quezon Boulevard, Davao City, to be known as Trading National High School.
SEC. 2. The Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act.
SEC. 3. The amount necessary to implement the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Lapsed into law on April 22, 1995 without the President's signature, pursuant to Sec. 27(1), Article VI of the Constitution.
