[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8410, November 27, 1997 ]
AN ACT DECLARING OCTOBER TWENTY OF EVERY YEAR AS ADLAW SA ORMOC, A SPECIAL NONWORKING PUBLIC HOLIDAY FOR THE CITY OF ORMOC
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. October 20 of every year is hereby declared as Adlaw sa Ormoc, a special nonworking public holiday for the City of Ormoc, Province of Leyte.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Approved, Lapsed into law on November 27, 1997 without the signature of the President, in accordance with Article VI, Section 27 (1) of the Constitution.
