RECALLING OF CMO ™S



In order to expedite processing and clearance of cargoes, the following CMO ™s, in so far as they require clearance from the Office of the Commissioner of Customs, are hereby recalled:
  1. CMO No. 32-98, on conditionally free importations pursuant to Section 105 of the TCCP, on the issuance of Mission Orders pursuant to CMO No. 52-93 and CMO No. 104-92, and on tax credits, respectively;

  2. CMO No. 32-98-A, modifying paragraph no. 1 of CMO No. 32-98 and enumerating the conditionally free importations under Sec. 105 of the TCCP; and

  3. CMO No. 25-98, on personally-owned motor vehicles processed at POM, MICP and NAIA, and on the accreditation of insurance/bonding companies, respectively.
However, for motor vehicles cleared at the outports, the District Collector concerned shall submit photocopies of the entries/supporting documents by fax machine to the Chief, Warrant and Motor Vehicle Office, within 24 hours from lodgement of entry.

For motor vehicles processed at the Port of Subic, clearance from this Office is required to release thereof.
