By authority of Section 608 of the Tariff and Customs Code of the Philippines, as amended, so much of Customs Administrative Order (CAO) NO. 3-78 governing the treatment of importations of materials on consignment to be processed into finished products for export is hereby amended so as to exclude from its coverage the importation of fabrics and textile material as raw materials for processing into finished products.

All orders, rules and regulations inconsistent with this Order are hereby deemed revoked, superseded or modified accordingly.

This order shall take effect upon approval by the Secretary of Finance.^[*]
