Pursuant to Executive Order No. 390, Section 104 of the Tariff and Customs Code has been amended to include the articles specifically listed in Annex A* and shall be levied the rates of duty therein prescribed.

The rates of duty of the items appearing on Annex B* have been revised as indicated.

Furthermore, the following tariff have been deleted:
