To help agencies in the preparation of their modified Agency Performance Evaluation System (AGENCYPES) as required in CSC Memorandum Circular No. 13, s. 1999, the Commission has designed the attached Performance Evaluation System Model (Available at Office of the National Administrative Register, U.P. law Complex, Diliman, Quezon City) for their guide in modifying their respective performance evaluation system.

Their using the Model Performance Evaluation System as guide insures faithful observance of the revised Performance Evaluation System policies and proper implementation of their AGENCYPES.

The agency should submit their AGENCYPES to the CSC Regional Offices for their review and approval not later than June 30, 2000.
