The Civil Service Commission promulgated Resolution No. 992641 on December 2; 1999, increasing the fee for certification of eligibility/rating from Fifteen pesos (P15.00) to Seventy-five pesos (P75.00). Justifications for the increase of the certification fee have been cited in the said Resolution which was published in the December 4, 1999 issue of the Manila Standard.

For the information and guidance of all concerned, implementation of Resolution No. 992641 shall start on January 1, 2000. A copy of the resolution is attached for immediate reference.
