In view of the rescission of the contract of MASK CONSTRUCTION for the construction of Multi-Purpose Pavements, Quezon-Silangan B/R and Magsino-Argosino B/R, Quezon, Quezon, the said construction firm and its proprietor are hereby suspended effective immediately from participating in any bidding or entering into any contract with this Department and its line agencies.

In addition, since the erring contractor is liable to the government for the difference in the cost of completing the projects vis-a-vis their original contract costs, all concerned are strictly enjoined not to release any sum of money to MASK CONSTRUCTION and/or its proprietor without prior clearance from this office.
