WEEKLY UPDATES ON THE SEIZURE PROCEEDINGS



In order to ensure that all apprehensions are properly monitored by this Office from its inception, through the usual administrative and/or criminal proceedings up to release, settlement, forfeiture, redemption and/or disposition through public auction sale, donation or condemnation as the case may be, you are hereby directed to submit to this Office Attn: Chief of Staff, regular weekly updates on the seizure proceedings indicating among others, the following:

All updates/reports must be submitted not later than noontime of every Thursday of each week.

In addition, all reports, for uniformity, must be encoded and formatted in Microsoft Excel using the structure in the attached example.  The spreadsheet is to be saved as "district number_si.xls" (for example; district1_si.xls for the Port of San Fernando).  The initial report shall include all the pertinent data of each seizure case.  Thereafter, the weekly report shall indicate the SI number and the corresponding update or latest development on the case.

The spreadsheet file as well as the weekly updates, are to be sent as an e-mail attachment to the Office of the Commissioner.
