[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8051, June 15, 1995 ]
AN ACT CONVERTING THE ALBAY PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL IN LEGAZPI CITY INTO A REGIONAL TRAINING AND TEACHING HOSPITAL TO BE KNOWN AS THE BICOL REGIONAL TRAINING AND TEACHING HOSPITAL
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The existing Albay Provincial Hospital in Legazpi City is hereby converted into a regional training and teaching hospital to be known as the Bicol Regional Training and Teaching Hospital.
SEC. 2. The Secretary of Health shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.
SEC. 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Lapsed into law on June 15, 1995 without the President's signature, pursuant to Sec. 27(1), Article VI of the Constitution.
