In view of the joint recommendation by the Regional Director of Regional Field Unit No. X of the Department of Agriculture and the Director of Bureau of Animal Industry over the successful containment of disease outbreaks of Hemorrhagic Septicemia and Surra in the province of Agusan del Sur for the last two to four months as a result of massive immunization, the quarantine of animals in said province as provided for under Special Order No. 233 series of 1994, declaring said province under quarantine and prohibiting the movement of animals therein is hereby lifted.

This Order shall take effect immediately.
