To ensure that all seized rice shipments are fully secured and to guarantee faithful compliance with the Memorandum of Agreement with the National Food Authority, you are hereby directed to submit a complete inventory of bags of rice stored in NFA warehouse in your area of jurisdiction. If the rice was stored in a warehouse other than an NFA warehouse, please indicate the reason therefor.

Please indicate in your report the seizure identification number/abandonment proceeding number covering the said shipment, claimant/consignee on record and the status of each particular case.

Report should be submitted not later than Tuesday, February 26, 2002.
