Appended herewith for your information and guidance is a xerox copy of the letter dated November 23, 1995 of Asec. Antonio Belicena, Department of Finance addressed to Bautista Picazo Buyco and Fider Law Offices referring to the latter's letter dated 15 August 1995 on behalf of their client, Uni-Producers Co., Inc., requesting confirmation that no action for extension was brought about before the Department of Finance in connection with DOF Anti-Dumping Decision No. 1-90 imposing anti-dumping duties on importations of Magnesite Chrome Refractory Bricks from Thailand.
