AMENDED SCHEDULE OF FEES AND CHARGES OF THE COOPERATIVE DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY



Hereunder are the amended schedule of fees to be imposed and collected by the Authority.  The highlighted applications below amends the CDA Memorandum Circular No. 02-03 dated April 23, 2002.
