Pursuant to Department Circular No. 93-273 as implemented under NTC Memorandum Circular No. 10-07-93, all Non-Commercial and Commercial Television Receive Only (TVRO) stations must be registered and/or licensed, respectively, with this Commission (Central office) or any of its Regional offices within sixty (60) days from date hereof.

Failure to register and license any TVRO station shall be subject to administrative sanctions by the Commission.
