In view of the rescission of the contracts of S & W Construction by the District Engineer, Negros Oriental 2nd Engineering District, of the following projects viz:

a. Concreting of Bagawines-Canlaon Road

b. Construction of one (1) unit (3-C1) School building at Matuog E/S, Tayasan, Negros Oriental due to intolerable negative slippage, said construction firm and its owner/proprietor are hereby suspended/blacklisted for a period of one (1) year from entering into contract or participating in any bidding in the DPWH and its line agencies.

In addition, pending final determination and settlement of its liabilities in the above-mentioned projects, all concerned are hereby ordered not to release any sum of money to S & W Construction without prior clearance from the Secretary.
