Department Order No. 17, series of 1999, Providing for the implementing guidelines for DSWD Counterpart Fund Augmentation for Legislators in support of the Lingap Para Sa Mahihirap Program is hereby amended under page 4 B.2 so as to include the following as targets of the CIDSS projects:

1.         5th and 6th class municipalities outside the CIDSS target barangay.

2.         Poorest barangays of the 3rd and 4th class municipalities based on the Minimum Basic Needs (MBN).

3.         Poverty enclaves and urban poor communities in cities, 1st and 2nd class municipalities based in Presidential Commission for Urban Poor (PCUP) classification.

This Order shall take effect immediately.
