This is to reiterate the policy adopted by the EXECOM on 18 August 1999 that the evaluation and endorsement of program materials, e.g., books, workbooks, etc., for use of day care centers under the Lingap Para sa Mahihirap, as agreed upon with the Department of Education, Culture and Sports (DECS), shall be made and issued solely by the DECS.

This Order revokes previous orders and certifications issued by DSWD.
