For its failure to fully and faithfully comply with its contractual obligations, without valid cause, for the construction of Contract Package VI, Road No. 15, Madaymen-Masala-Amsuling Barangay Road, Kibungan, Benguet, and as result of which its contract was ordered forfeited (International) for works of Civil Engineering Construction, D'Superior Builders and its proprietor are hereby suspended/blacklisted from entering into any contract with the Department and its line agencies.

All concerned are also ordered not to release any sum of money to D'Superior Builders unless and until all its obligations to the government arising from the forfeiture of the above mentioned contract is fully and finally settled.
