It has been brought to our attention that some agencies continue to send their workers for pre-employment medical examination to medical clinics not accredited by the MOH-MOLE Joint Committee.

All authorized agencies involved in placement/recruitment of overseas workers are reminded of the provisions of MC #20 specifying sanctions for non-compliance with this particular circular.
